Shipping policy

We deliver within Egypt with our courier partner, Mylerz. Checkout shows the delivery fee for your address.

For now, online orders can’t be delivered to North Sinai.

How long it takes

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Our business days are Sunday to Thursday; Friday and Saturday are not counted. We can’t promise an exact day.

Delivery fee

The fee depends on your governorate and the total weight of your order. You always see the exact fee at checkout, before you pay.

  • Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Helwan: 65 EGP up to 4 kg, then 5.24 EGP for each extra kg
  • Alexandria: 75 EGP up to 4 kg, then 7.87 EGP for each extra kg
  • Delta (Sharqia, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Kafr el-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia): 85 EGP up to 4 kg, then 9.18 EGP for each extra kg
  • Canal (Ismailia, Port Said, Suez): 90 EGP up to 4 kg, then 13.11 EGP for each extra kg
  • Upper Egypt (Aswan, Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Luxor, Minya, Qena, Sohag): 130 EGP up to 4 kg, then 14.42 EGP for each extra kg
  • Matrouh and Red Sea: 130 EGP up to 4 kg, then 14.42 EGP for each extra kg
  • South Sinai: 150 EGP up to 4 kg, then 7.87 EGP for each extra kg

Heavy orders

Orders over 23 kg (for example two 20 L packs) can’t be placed online. Please order on WhatsApp 010 1222 2011 and we’ll arrange the delivery.

Cash on delivery

Pay in cash when your order arrives — no card needed.

  1. At checkout, choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
  2. We prepare your order and hand it to our courier, Mylerz.
  3. The courier brings it to you, and you pay the total shown at checkout (products plus delivery) in cash.

If you cancel or refuse a cash on delivery order after it has been confirmed and dispatched, the shipping cost is added to your next order.

Receiving your order
